To win the game for you and your group, you have to work as a team by sharing your thoughts and skills, and by supporting your group members. Because of this experience, the students will realize the importance of teamwork, or the ability to collaborate with other people. In the real world, you'll be working with people that you may not like, but because of teamwork, you will still be able to support your group to achieve your goal.

A good player knows how to behave properly with a win or loss in the game. He will not frown or demonstrate any sign of fury if he lost the game, nor will he be arrogant if he wins. Even though he may be hurting inside with his loss, he will not show it, instead he will use it as a way to test himself to get much better for the next game. If he is the winner, he will also commemorate his triumph but certainly not at the loser's expense. Games in school aid to develop good sportsmanship.
