Commercial Audition

This is what you should expect at TV commercial auditions. It can get very busy and even disorganized at times during a TV commercial auditions. There are usually a lot of different people here with different jobs. These people can include, but not be limited to the casting directors, staff, and crew. What you Should Expect At a Commercial open casting calls.

One piece of advice is to always be friendly and open. You may not know who does what job yet, but they can help you later down the line. It may surprise you that the person you talk to may actually be a casting director. It's ok to be nervous, but try to remember that the casting directors are human as well. You can calm yourself down by doing breathing exercises or visualizing your success. You can start by getting a survivor open casting.

Truth be told that if you are one of the last people in line at the commercial audition, you may not have a chance to get to see the casting directors. If you have a bad attitude, this will definitely ruin your chances.

It'll called a slate when you introduce yourself and tell them what agency that represents you. In commercial auditions, you'll most likely be asked to say some lines in the commercials so that the casting directors can decide if you're the one for the role or not.
